Questions people actually ask
Will it stop the hot flushes?
No. Nothing we've found stops them and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It shortens them. That's the whole claim, and it's the reason people keep it.
How long does the cold last?
About a minute per press, then it needs ten or fifteen seconds to come back. A full charge covers a night with room to spare. Most people charge it every third day.
Is it loud?
There's a small fan inside. It's quieter than a phone on vibrate. Nobody's reported it waking a partner, which was the whole point.
How fast does it ship?
3 to 5 business days from our US warehouse. You get a tracking number within 24 hours. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, email us and we'll ship a second one at our cost.
Can I use it for migraines?
People do, and it's the same principle. We're not making a medical claim about it and you shouldn't treat this as advice about a headache that's new or unusual.
What if it breaks?
