What we collect

Your name, email, shipping address, and phone if you gave one, so we can send you a box
Your card details, which go to Stripe and never touch our servers. We can't see your card number.
Basic browsing data: pages viewed, referrer, IP, device. Used to work out which ads are worth running.

Who else sees it

Stripe for payments
[supplier name — TBD] and the carrier, for shipping. They get your address and nothing else.
Meta receives hashed event data so we can measure ads and stop showing them to people who already bought
Our email provider, for order and marketing emails

We don't sell your data. Nobody's paying enough for it to be worth the mess.

Cookies

Cart and checkout cookies, which the site can't work without. Plus the Meta pixel for advertising. Browser-level opt-outs and Do Not Track are honoured where your browser sends them.

Your rights

Email help@noctera.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA and we apply them to everyone rather than run two systems.

How long we keep it

Order records for 7 years, because tax. Marketing data until you unsubscribe, then we drop it.

Children

Not for under 18s and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
